Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or something is incorrect, for example, we sent the wrong item—please contact us at hello@deltatule.com, and we will do our best to make things right as soon as possible. Due to the nature of personal care products, we cannot resell them once they are shipped, and because of this, we are unable to offer refunds if you decide you have changed your mind. We will work with you on a solution if there is a problem with your order.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Items eligible to be returned must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Non-refundable/returnable items:

  • Personal care items
  • Customized items
  • Gift certificates
  • Any item returned after more than 30 days. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the returned item is approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will be applied automatically to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first, check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund posts officially.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund gets posted.

If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a replacement, send us an email at hello@deltatule.com.

You are responsible for the return shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
